Hahah true...I'll complete 6months in 2 weeks. Lol. Yesterday BGS changed to IP(2) but I think I still have to wait for a couple of months coz I live in IRAQ :p
A Pakistani passport, and Iraqi Aqama.. beat that deadly combo, lol.
But I hope both of us get the PR by 8th month. I didnt apply for GCMS notes though. Trying to stay calm but at least they should have told me if we passed eligibility :(
DAMN!! Pakistani passport and Iraq residence  That's a lethal combo

How are you holding up?

Hello
I understand your frustration very well. As I will be completing my 180days tomorrow but the worse thing is that my file is at local visa office, so I cant even call IRCC and ask for update and LVO dont reply to any update emails.

The way lady talked to you was so unprofessional and it seems like they are enjoy taking all calls just to hear stress, despration and sadness in our voices. Seems like they are enjoying every bit of it by not providing any answers.
Ahhhh too frustrating.

But dont think about withdrawing your file now as you had waited so long, so may be just hold your patience for bit long.

I hope some miracle happen and we all november folks get our ppr soon.
I am so over this process and it make feel so stressed after reading in forum that people are even getting rejection's after 7 or 8 months.

Just hope for best.
Good luck
That's insane! Rejection after 7 to 8 months is appalling! They should've done their checks within the timeline or at least 2 mos post AOR. This news made me anxious.. :(

On my COPR it says the destination city as Toronto. But I booked my ticket to Vancouver. I am going as a express entry FSW outland applicant from India. Is it okay to land in Vancouver? Or should I change my destination to Toronto as mentioned in my coPR?
Yes you should be fine to land in Vancouver :)

He is member of Canadian House of Commons,Regina.
How will he help us,I don’t think he is so vela that he will reply back to our queries:p
That's what I thought too. But this guy from whatsapp claims that Ralph responds to emails and quite a good number of people contacted him already. So I really don't know for sure if it is true or not.

Not exactly. Its give or take a few days from your medicals anniversary date.

I did mine on 11th Oct 2018, I need to land by 16th oct 2019.
Thanks for the reply..Moving a little off topic..But I think the year in the dates mentioned in your signature for IP2, RFV, Passport Stamped and COPR should be 2019. :)

Dear members

What exactly is the significance of due date in GCMS notes?

My A11.2 was completed on 18th Dec by a Program Assistant and then a Case Processing Agent with eligibility as met, and no red flags. However, it seems that nobody has touched my file post that. My AOR is Nov 4 and the due date mentioned on the first page of the notes is June 20, 2019. Does this mean that there is a high chance that I may receive the PPR by that date?

p.s. My notes were generated on May 22, 2019 and I received them on May 24. I had applied for the notes on April 25.
My aor is also 4th Nov.
Ur file is in which stage?
I mean did u call cic to ask about ur eligibility. Criminality and security.......
Also...... Did u receive any ghost update?

Hello everyone. Can someone please tell if applygcms.com is a genuine website to get the GCMS notes? If not which website is the best for it? I am an applicant from India.

Hello All,

I am posting this with utmost frustration.
AOR 28th Nov 18, completed 6 months yesterday.
Called them 8 times and finally managed to speak to an agent named Caroline after being on line for 40 odd minutes.
She was polite, but she (just like the last 2 agents) told me that my file is not yet touched. When I asked the reason why as 6 months is done now, said she has no idea, probably because it is summer and they might be relaxing!!!! Just imagine...how unprofessional of her!
She told me to wait till July end and IF there is no update by them contact them again..(What a joke!!!)
I requested her to send a reminder to the case officer to which she replied that they have very strict rules and can only send a reminder once July end passes...!!

My concern/complaint is....I am ok to wait but the reason I am waiting is I my file is not touched and nothing has started for me..because these people are so irresponsible to start working on my file. Now they want me to again wait for 60 days unless someone is kind enough to show pity on us and pick our file up (god knows then what will happen, ADR, RR, SS)

This is height of negligence when they are merely issuing PPR to applicants from Jan, Feb and March now..!!! My file is still in Ottawa.
Even I requested for GCMS notes from CIC website back on 29th April and 30 days mark reached today.

I am in double thoughts if I should raise a complaint against the way they are fooling around with our time and our emotions.

What should I do?
If I raise a complaint I guess I can only do that via web-form. What do you think would be the repercussion?

Shall I withdraw my application??

Please guide me.
Hahah, they might be relaxing :D:D:D I remember, someone posted back in December, they said the officers are on holidays for festive season :D:D:D:D

Now, you are free to raise a complaint. However, I don't think it will have any repercussions on your case. I have read a few cases, where people received response after raising a complaint. There was one guy in May 2018 who waited for nearly 11 months with no update, his file was untouched. He wrote a strong complaint through CSE and explained his disappointment. 3 weeks later, he was issued PPR.

Maybe a few years ago, it could have made a negative impact but now when it comes to express entry the officers are highly trained to be unbiased and non-judgmental. Their decisions are purely based on integrity and they are not allowed to show any kinds of discrimination. In rare cases they may further delay your application on purpose but I doubt it will lead to any refusal.

I completely understand your frustrating. It just sucks with how they're dealing with our cases. Just hang on :)

By the way, I recently found that an applicant is allowed to file a request to transfer his case to a different Canadian Immigration visa office under any Canadian Immigration Category. However, the Canadian Immigration visa office currently processing his application will decide whether or not to transfer the application, based on "Program Integrity".

Thank you for your response :)
I will consult with my husband and probably after 2 weeks if they again give me such crap answer I will be bound to raise a complaint.
The consultant last night named Caroline, even sent me a web-form link on my mail address and I found her agent code on the signature.

I think I will also raise a complaint against her to be so casual at her work and give such gibberish response.

I am so frustrated. These people beat Indian Govn, employees anyday man...!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

same AOR, same VO, same zero action on app, same no-answer-why-so-slow for me. applied GCMS on similar date, awaited. i don't think complaining would help, or is reasonable [a friend who just landed few weeks ago told me that there was some strike among the staff in later part of 2018, and that caused a backlog - it doesn't mean that fresher apps should be processed first, but this is where we are]. withdrawal wouldn't make sense (because IF and WHEN file is picked up, PPR comes in hours too). basis GCMS i would decide my plan B.

Oh wow!
Who is Ralph Goodale?
Would he push my application??
Nowadays many ones ask him for case status, but he seems too busy to handle all the requests. Nobody can accelerate the application, what he can do is call them as well.

I am awaiting my GCMS notes too.
These agents are so unprofessional, I doubt they even dig into our file when they ask us to wait on the call and checks our application.
They seem to be only checking the status that is visible to us and responding.
I just read that it takes 35 days for them to give the GCMS notes. If not I will send a web form next week as a reminder and also ask for a justified reason for file untouched for above 180 days and freshers getting it!

I will not take a generic response that 20% complex files takes time...because dude, you would need to open my file and check to even categorize it to be simple or complex.......!!!!!!!

Yes it is. I’ve applied twice from there and gotten them in 15 days.
