Group of five sponsorship refugee status

Hello.
Me and my wife are trying to apply for private sponsorship program with the help of our friends in Canada under the group of five program.
We had 2 seperate file numbers at UNHCR in Turkey back in 2014 and after we got married we did our interviews seperatly. I was recognized as a refugee and I got my refugee status document. but my wife did not.
After that, UNHCR asked us to file a request for combining our cases together in order for them to move our cases forward for ressetllment as one case so we did.
They eliminated my file number from the website and they gave us my wife's number and after that we went through one additional interview, this time together and after that they gave us another confirmation of refugee status but they didn't send us the document.
As you probably know the UNHCR in Turkey is not functional any more. I tried several times to get the document but they say that any country that wants to take you in will contact us directly.
So my question is:
1. Can we submit the application with my refugee status document, The one that is not available in the web site of UNHCR?
2. Is the screen shot of our UNHCR website which shows that we've been recognized as refugees, can be consider as proof of refugee status?
3. Can we use the official website of UNHCR as proof of refugee status?

Refugee Status Determination (RSD) is a process by which government or UNHCR determines whether person is considered refugee under international, regional or national law.
