HI All I submitted my passport for temporary residence Visa, few days back. now my profile status shows Document - Counterfoil Status - Document is Valid Expiry - 2020/05/20

What this means? That I have to enter Canada before 2020/05/20 or the Visa expiry date is 2020/05/20 ?

Visa expiry date. Looks like you got a 1-year visa.

Just a personal opinion, but I would expect your wife and daughters application to be refused. With you having a TRV, their ties to the home country are significantly weaker.

Agreed.

But to answer your question - start an account for your wife, apply from there. Add your child in as a dependent on that TRV application.

So is it better to go Canada once then come back my home country then apply for my family noting that I got TRV valid for one year.

Is your passport only valid for one year? If Canada only gave you a one year visa, it means your profile was weak. You going to Canada and returning may help, but expect refusals.

My opinion is informed.

Standard policy is to issue a multiple entry visa for the length of the passport. If a visa officer decides to issues anything less than a multiple entry visa valid for the length of the passport, they must justify the decision with reasons why a shorter visa was issued.

As said above, it's likely the only factor that weighed in your favour was that your wife and child had not applied with you. They are assumed to be "home ties" - reasons why you would return home. If they apply for a visa now, they may be rejected because it would remove your home ties. With the entire family having a visa, you are an asylum or overstay risk. Or they'll think you're moving to Canada to seek out work.

I recieved my passport stamped with the Visa for one year , they did not justify any reasons why they issued me a Visa shorter than the standard !! can I send them an objection or so ? And if so how to send it ? Do you know any email or so ? And this objection can do any change or it will be useless?

They don't need to justify it to you, just in your GCMS notes.

You cannot appeal, or object, or anything. It would be entirely useless.

You can search google for "Order GCMS notes" and pick one of many companies that offer this service. You shouldn't pay more than $30.

Be aware that your notes may not contain the answer you're looking for - they are very quick notes that a visa officer makes. Technically, they are required to include a notation as to why you did not get a multi-entry visa for the life of your passport, but they may not have.
