Is there limit such as certain streams only for ECAS?

I am Feb 6 AoR and still cant check the status on ECAS

while some of the people who applied for PR can check ECAS

is there a pattern? a limit?

There is no limit. You are probably not entering EXACTLY the correct details.

It's probably the other verification information that's not matching then.

I thought I would know my last name DOB and COB but will double check. does it give any different information than MyCiC?

Country of Birth sometimes causes a problem with verification. eCAS has to match what IRCC have registered the application with.
