Its been over one year now since my application received. Still no test invite. I am not sure if I should be calling IRCC or not? Any suggestions please anyone?

I sent them message thru webform 3 days ago and i just got an email today saying that they will forward it to the responsible office. Lets see what will happen next. Applied May 7,2018. Toronto

Hi Guys
Looks like Mississauga is getting the attention now. I received test invite today. The test and interview is on June 5 at Scarborough.
I am a Mississauga applicant with a family of 3. CIC received my application during first week of May.
A quick question - should I take my kid who is 9 years old for the interview for documents verification? Please let me know if you guys know the answer. Thanks!

Finally some progress. I got a test invite! IRCC sent me an email with their Byzantine requirements to attend the test. The good news is this. The bad news is that I have another (unrelated) exam in the same week. I'm going to take a truckload of practice and be a study/test machine in the next 4 weeks.

The Application Status search on the IRCC website shows no update though.

The bad news is that I have another (unrelated) exam in the same week. I'm going to take a truckload of practice and be a study/test machine in the next 4 weeks.

In case you have some idea on GCMS notes, what is your input on the following:
As I received my test invite though mail, issued on 7 May, there are 2 entries on my GCMS notes under outgoing correspondence section
1. Notice to Appear - To Write a Citizenship Test (on 7 may)
2. Citizen Application Record of Decision (also on 7 may)
What do you think is the 2nd one?

That must be for the officer to follow through. Probably, a communication from one to another; evaluation of the case has been satisfactory.
