In the recent draw 64 and 65 of Mpnp has not mentioned/ issued LAA to candidates under skilled workers overseas who has blood relative there in Mantioba like earlier draws from 63 to downwards. Please guide if there is any change in MPNP rules or any other reason. What could be future expectations.
For SWO, MPNP only entertained candidates with EE profile and job seeker code in latest draws. An SWO-EE candidates are also most likely be an immediate relative to seek 200 points. Otherwise imagine how someone can get 600+ points without claim of 200 points for relative. For SWO(Human capital pathway stream) the only relaxation for applicant is of IELTS score (CLB 5 here).
I think, Manitoba Provincial elections ares very close and they are interested to limit the intake and want to wind-up backlogs before the election campaigns. New government will decide the fate of new MPNP policies then. So, MPNP Inland or MPNP (Strategic recruitment) and MPNP (EE) candidates is currently the priority possibly because of said reason. This is because all of these 3 streams take less processing time and only SWO-HCP takes more processing time for MPNP which may hinder them to process all backlogs before upcoming provincial elections.
This is just my analysis based on past few draws, however if you are an interested candidate I will recommend you to meet requirement for SWO-EE to have more chances in coming draws.
