No update from NDVO for long time now. Have not seen many PPRs from NDVO recently.

Last case of PPR from NDVO reported in this forum was of Oct 26 AOR. (Basis memory)

I think at least couple of weeks to go for NDVO to start issuing PPRs for November first week AOR cases.

My primary office is NDVO. Equally anxious.
DM me your number and I will get you added to NDVO Whatsapp group, where we can all fret on how long our applications will take :)

AOR November 14

Hello, everyone - I've been reading through your observations, comments, and suggestions through this forum, and more specifically this particular thread. Needless to say, it's been incredibly helpful. Especially, as we sail together through murky waters.

I have a quick question for whoever might be able to answer this.
Q - Is it true that PPRs are awarded only on Tuesdays (for India specifically)

Indistinguishably, I've been looking forward to being surprised, and since the 4th of Jan, earlier this year, I've had no real updates from IRCC.

With reference to the struggle and angst, I completely understand how difficult it must be to be unable to take a firm life decision when every move depends on this. The only advice I can offer - take stock of where you are (personally and professionally), create alternate life plans, give your 100% percent to your present (while working toward your future).

I look forward to seeing all of you on the other. Till then, Upward and onward.
Same here. Nov 14 AOR. All the best.

Eligibility Met cases are delayed. I know a lot of people who have crossed 6 month mark still BC not started. Even my eligibility is MET
Ok, what about those where even that is not met? It just havent started at all?

@shitLord as you are so experienced and well to tell one will receive ppr. I paid rprf fee on 28 jan nd aor Dec 5. Nd 28 days left So when I should expect golden mail. Ur words might change something buddy.
I ain't no SithLord, and maybe he could give you a more proper answer, but my timeline has some similarity with yours (in the sense that I too was asked to pay for RPRF early in my process).

AOR: November 2nd
MEP: December 1st
RPRF: January 14th (Yeeeei! moment)

Don't want to scare you or turn you down, but no updates whatsoever since then for me. Still in Ip1, and yeap, even when I'm already over the 6-month mark; the same story as many other users in this thread.

The truth is that it's hard to predict how it's going to be for you, I think that, based on what has been shared here, we can conclude that there's no visible pattern on why CIC processes some cases faster than others. There are some theories (whether it's because of the CSR score, or the NOC, or if you are single, or married, or your travel history, or your nationality, or if you decided to pay RPRF upfront or not) but almost each one of these theories have been proved wrong by someone's testimony. Some pages ago someone pointed out that those applications with "eligibility met" are being held back, which if you think about it doesn't sound logic at all because those cases would be easier to process anyway. There's not much visible logic in CIC's process, at least from the applicant's point of view. There are even cases of users reporting that the information received by calling to two different call center agents is contradictory, so not even that is entirely reliable (I really hope there's an organized process at the back-end though :D). Sadly, If we can't tell which logic is CIC using, then it's hard to predict a date.

Who knows? Maybe you are among the lucky ones! Let's hope for that!

yes Chennai
Chennai? By any chance is this TCS work experience? I had such a tough time to get my JD letter from them as I am no longer working there. So I had to get an email acknowledgement from my former supervisor and upload that and explain in the LOE about it. I did attach my TCS experience certificate though to substantiate it. Will this cause a problem? I mean they suck at connecting with former employees , I doubt if they will bother getting back to IRCC if they reach out!

19 days left.
No update.
So heartbroken. Loosing all hopes as the deadline is coming near.
My husband will call tomorrow (Canada time).
He is presently at Canada, Toronto.
He is a student, studying at Schulich School Of Business, York University.
We applied from India and it's just been a week he has entered Canada.

Do u guys suggest we need to update CIC about it?
At the airport while entering his visa was checked and was asked if he has applied for PR to which he had said yes.
Would it be automatically updated that he has entered on student/work visa?

When we applied he was already studying at the India campus and had mentioned on the final year(which is now) he would be moving to Canada.

Please guide.

Just got PPR email. Went into a meeting room at work, closed the doors, looked towards the walls so that people don’t think I’m a weird dude and screamed my lungs out

I am again logged in from phone now so can't see ur signature..But I believe ur AOR was in Dec...
