Guys, On IMM 1344 I wrote Conjugal Partner outside Canada instead of Spouse living outside Canada, how big of a deal is it?

It's a big deal.... common sense says your application will be returned. You are married, not conjugal. It's a big mistake, your application is based on who you are sponsoring. I doubt you will get AOR, if you do make the corrections right away... I also had some mistakes on my application, and I doubt they will process it. I've sent an affidavit last week to CIC explaining them that my application has some mistakes, and told them what they were, hopefully I could make the corrections through webform.

Thanks, actually i havent send it yet. When i was back in my home country, me and my spouse filled the forms and signed the application. When I came back to Canada, i realized this mistake. Problem is she has to sign and then FedEx me the form, adding some delay. I would have liked a faster solution. I guess wait is worth it.

Do they work on weekends? I didn't expect to get anything on the weekend. But I am still waiting for AOR. With how fast some already got theirs I am hoping to get mine this week as well.

I wasn’t expecting anything today either, but that’s good news for me, I already made my appointment. Still waiting on SA and medical request

So I just called the panel physician in Berlin to confirm that they have such a long waiting period to get a medical exam appointment. They said that currently it takes 6 - 8 weeks to get an appointment and that they would send me a confirmation email that I can forward to IRCC and that I only need to make that appointment within the 30 days. Unfortunately they wouldn't let me make an appointment already.
Does anybody know if the whole process is put on hold until the medical exam is done? I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for the appointment but I would mind if that slows down our application being processed.
