Thanks for your reply.
After AOR, I received an email saying they will give us a refund of $85.
It doesn’t specifically say what the refund is for, but we only paid the application fee ($1140) and the biometrics fee ($85) upfront, so it should be the biometrics fee.
I’m the PA and from Japan.
I do need to give biometrics.
Since they gave me a refund I’m wondering if we have to pay the fee again after I get a request for biometrics

Hm, maybe you don't need to take bio... That's what it seems....

I see people here and in tracker receiving biometrics request same day with AOR1. But my spouse (primary applicant) didn't receive biometric request or any email yet. That's normal right?

Application fee is 1040 isn’t it ?

I received the AOR1 but no biometric request. I also noticed other American's had biometric requested the same day as their AOR1 too so not sure what's normal.

Status changed to decision made this morning. Haven’t received anything yet though. AOR on 8th April. Sponsor living in QC. What will be the next steps for us ?

Where can we go to give biometrics in Canada ? Can we simply drive to the US border for that ?
