I personally feel that cic should be working on 2018 files at this point and get those out the way. To see others who came after me and got through is not right. It's like going to a cafe and ppl who came after got served first and your stuck waiting

I have had exactly the same CSE response. However, I am not sure of my eligibility status as I have not called them after the 1st week of April. I have been in IP2 since 12th March.

This looks like a rewording of the info that you already have on your online account, i.e. generic reply that does not give you any new information. The info that the agent gave you is the most current information.

No, there is no ppr mail via your cic account. Its always a Email from IRCC with attachment.
Actually I read of someone on this platform who only saw the notification via CIC account, no ppr mail, and spam folder etc were checked. Don't know if it later came as an email to the person though.

What comments can you see in the "Notes" section? They will be there right at the bottom. Hopefully, you should have comments by "Program Assistant" and "Case Analyst" that you can refer to and understand the recommendations they have made to the VO who will then approve the application.
In the comments I note Eligibility is Recommended Pass and Criminality Passed. I do not see any notes about Security or Info Sharing.

Today I got a response from a CSE, which says:

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided regarding the processing of your application and have forwarded it to the responsible office.

Furthermore, your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.
