Experience is counted by 1-year equivalents (1560 hours) over a span of 52 weeks or more.

Any point in between is rounded down, meaning that only multiples of 1560 hours will help you add any points. Partial years are not considered.

i had 1 year and 6 months of experience...they counted it down to 1 year
