My BGC has started but my review of eligibility hasn't started yet is that normal?
Does it change directly to you passed eligibility? Or does it have to start first ?

Your background check started today?
Review of eligibility starts after background check is done, background check can take from 2 to 6 months and sometimes longer
Don't expect eligibility review before the background check gets cleared

my BGC started in Feb 8 and i got ghost update in march 30
