My Visa got rejected, didn't met eligibility criteria. Better luck next time for me.

i appliesd at vfs mumbai on 9th april2019 as paper visa in university category,biometric done same day and received by ircc banglore on 10th april.getting track message still as under process.Anybody can suggest how much time more it will take .i have submitted gic,one year fee,medical report,ielts score-7band,gmat score 580/800 admission offer letter and all relevant documents.please help
