Language Requirement for CEC category

Hi,

Scored 6 in reading,6 in writing,5.5 in writing and 6.5 in speaking in IELTS Exam.
Will i qualify for applying PR with these scores.please help

What is your NOC level?

For CEC it should be skilled experience, that is, those considered NOC 0, A or B
How do you now?
Look at the first and/or second digit of the noc:
0.-All the codes that start with a '0' are NOC 0 Ex: 0XXX
A.-All the codes that have '1' as their second digit come under NOC A. Ex: X1XX
B.-All the codes that have '2'or '3' as their second digit come under NOC B. Ex: X2XX or X3XX
the IELTS score you need depends on wich noc you have
if noc 0 or A you need 6 in all sections of the test a little short on writing 5.5
if noc B you are good

i read it from whe website of CIC- Canadian experience class it says there that if your NOC code is 0 or A you should have gained a minimum CLB 7 in all four aspects...and if your under NOC Code of B, minimum CLB 5 in all for categories i.e. speaking, reading, listening and writing

i read it from whe website of CIC- Canadian experience class it says there that if your NOC code is 0 or A you should have gained a minimum CLB 7 in all four aspects...and if your under NOC Code of B, minimum CLB 5 in all for categories i.e. speaking, reading, listening and writing

there is a slight difference between IELTS score and CLB:
CLB 7= IELTS 6 on all sections of the IELTS (this is req for codes 0 and A)
CLB 5= IELTS 4.5 reading and 5 on the other three sections (this is req for codes B)
