Dear Naz76 you never visit Montreal or Canada ? You get Visa before or all your applied rejected ?
Dear laithhishan
I have got multiple visa for Canada. My visa got approved in first try. They rejected my family visa. but once Quebec invited us for interview I submitted my family visa and after 3 rejections got them finally.

As earlier I said it’s very difficult to convince officer that u will come back.
Along with explanation letter u submit as many documents as possible like yr job or business and yr daily involvement in it.
Continuation letter from yr school, advance payment of their school fees.
Yr family ties in yr country like parents bro sis,
Try to address this issue in small but smart words. Don’t write very long letter Bcz officers don’t give enough time to each application.
Best of luck.

have u got visa by yrself? For Canada.
U made any exploratory visit to Quebec?
Dear Naz76 :- My visa application rejected 3 time included interview invitation visa letter also rejected ,,, so I never visit Canada as I not get Visa before ,,, regarding the reason why Visa rejected always because my brother is Canadian citizen in Toronto and my application in Montreal so officer always think I will not return China ,,, before I put all necessary document include my children’s schools fees and prove they are continue studying in school and many document like total assets ,,, person Bank statement ، my company document under my name with prove I have 8 employees in my office include that my company continues work and I add Audit to my company ,, social insurance ,, tax document ,,, and the third time when I applied for interview visa I’m sure I will get the visa ,,, but unfortunately also rejected by the officer with reason he believed that if I will goes Canada I will never return ,,, and my Lawyer smart she said from first time if I applied for Visa there is a big chance for rejecting as my brother is Canadian citizen and in Toronto not Montreal make officer think I will go to my brother and will never return to China . So I don’t know what I do ,,,now I get CSQ and I need buy house because every days price for house go up and we must visit the city we live in future . So how to do ?

It’s very sad to hear.
I have gone thru such situation also so I can understand yr pain.

I think Ash1969’s sister lives in Toronto and he still got visa without any problem.

If u haven’t then take some French language short course, it will prove yr intention for Quebec strongly.

If yr last rejection has passed some time around 6 months then it’s good time to apply again. Depends on u only for yrself will have more chances of getting approved Bcz in front of officer yr wife and children are more important than yr brother, so u will definitely return back.

If u want to apply for yr whole family together then in explanation letter write to officer that u want to see that country by yr own eyes to plan for future. Bcz u won’t be able to take while family and go unknown place. As u have invested big money also.

Education for kids should be the biggest reason. U and yr family wants to see different universities and colleges or schools and plan for future.
Don’t mention that u want to buy any property don’t confuse officer with so many things.
At the end of letter write that if officer is still not satisfied then At least approve yr visa so u can visit Canada and plan things for yr family.

One more thing contact these business association(I don’t remember their name) and take appointment and ask them to send u invitation letter so u can attend their seminar to get idea of business environment.

I hope and pray to God this time u will get visa.

Why these people reject your visa inspite of your showing ample proof -funds, ties , assets , family ties to homeland / present country of stay etc is beyond my imagination. If fact it is utter nonsense to be honest
I have my sister settled in Toronto and another in New York . By God’s grace my visa has never been rejected any time and I carry multiple entry visa to EU / usa and canada at present .
Documents i provide include - my bank statements / property papers in my name /return air tickets / my company profile and a brief on my activity in business .
You have the CSQ now - tables have turned . Iam sure they will not reject your application now . All the very best

@Laithhisham I agree with Naz. Don’t apply for the whole family. Just yourself and your wife. Say that you want to go to Montreal to check out the city you have chosen to live in, schools for your children and areas in which to purchase property. Keep the supporting letter simple and to the point. Make sure to add in the letter that you and your family all hold csqs. Add copies of csq of all family members even if they are not travelling with you. With the grace of God-you will get it.
@ash1969 theres something wrong with your notes. You should have received them. Ask your agent to send off a CSE asking why notes haven’t been issued yet. She should definitely add the tracking number given with the receipt when notes are applied. Plus you need to have a word with your agent Ash. They should be doing all this by themselves, I’m sure this is not their first rodeo. They must know that they can follow up after 30 days of requesting for the notes. You have paid for this service and you should get it on time.
@Naz76 there are pockets of different nationalities scattered all over Montreal. Where are you from?

Thank you all ( you are really my best friends ) for all the information and your Advice ,,, I replay your Question :-
1- I’m not chinese Citizen,,, and I lived with my family alone since 2007 in China ,,, my children born in China ,,, and no one we have here in China . So I can’t leave my children alone . This the main problem ,,, so we must apply together .
2- before I only complete the application ,,, I never wrote paper to officer why I apply for travel Visa and where I go or what I do ? Maybe this is part reason of rejected before my lawyer wrote the application not me but never have reason for why I visit Montreal only my lawyer representing me as immigration Lawyer ,,, so that I was Visiting my lawyer no have other reason . ( all the reject visa is before CSQ)
So is there some suggestions? If I apply together with my family what I write in the paper to the officer ?
Other thing Ash1969 do you attend the festival hold in Montreal between 10 July to 12 July ? And what the advantage from this festival? I need visit Montreal from 3 July to 13 July so my time with festival time . And if you attend the festival where is you live in Montreal ? Hotel or you rent house or condo ?

I appreciate yr friendship,

Regarding yr visa. I suggest u and yr wife should apply visa with one younger child together, in explanation letter request to grant visa for all or at least visa for yrself.

I am sure u will get visa this time and hopefully to get visa for yr wife also. Else u can apply for her visa again with children.

Don’t worry bad days will also pass. Just have faith in GOD. Whatever HE does, is Good for us.

My agent is useless . I have more information than she does . She has taken almost her entire fees in advance and takes it easy now .

Hi Ash. We were very careful when choosing our home because we were aware that this kind of flooding can occur. It is very desirable to own a property on or near a water body in Canada. But it comes with these perils which is why we choose an area which is not near a lake or river. Dollard Des Ormeaux is one of the nicest areas to live in on the West Island especially for people like us. We can’t cope with issues like this, water flooding and snow build up etc. It will be all new for us. Dollard has nice homes and newer homes too. Other areas on West Island are beautiful but they flood in the spring. We didn’t want to take that chance. Our home isn’t in the flood zone.

Ash tell her to get off her back side and start working for you. She needs to follow up deligently as to why you haven’t received your notes yet.
