Express entry gives 6 months timeline while PNp does not give any timeline
PNp can be 3 months and can go till 1 year

Hi Guys spoke just spoke to ircc agent below are the details.
AOR 25th Jan
Mep 5th March
Bio done 11th March
After my call with agent got following info.
Eligibility met, criminality met and file in VO Ottawa.
Bacground and security not started yet.
The agent said my application will be processed by 3rd october latest. She said this is according to revised time lines and is the latest date. However it can be processed within 6 months or less. I was freaking paranoid after hearing this news is it a reason to worry?.

What! Thats after the mentioned time. 3rd octobor earliest?

Just raised a CSE. For proof of sibling relationship, I had only updated my siblings birth certificate. I forgot to upload mine, so there may have been missing information demonstrating the same parent. So Ive done a CSE and uploaded my B Cert. Otherwise my points would be below the ITA cut-off.

Id never have caught my mistake if it were not for this forum. Someones comment on an incorrect upload triggered my paranoia... Just as well!

I hope I was not too late...

You're never too late. Just yesterday I found out a mistake about my WES ECA through one of the threads, that my summary is wrong and I may not be eligible for two or more certificates. So I raised a CSE and sent my IQAS ECA as well for additional proof that I do qualify for two or more certificates and I did not misrepresent anything.

Glad to be part of this forum :)

What do you mean by summary?
An application was rejected because WES did not include his completion of college-level certificate(one year) Canadian equivalency in the summary.

IRCC thought the applicant did not qualify for two or more certificates, even though the same report mentioned his advanced diploma is equivalent to college level certificate. However, the summary only mentions his Bachelors degree(four years).

Even my WES report onky mentions my bachelors. When I had initially enquired about this to WES they said they only mention the highest qualification so I filed my application.

Now after yesterday, I raised a CSE and sent in my IQAS ECA as well for additional information, because that report includes both my certificates are equivalent to Canadaian level certificates.

Thank God! In my WES report there are 2 degress in Summary. So, I am good to go! Also, they said when I called that my eligibility is met. So, I hope they wont have any query regarding degress, POF etc etc.

Hi guys,

AOR: 02nd January 2019
Got my PPR on 3rd April 2019
Submitted my passport to Sydney (Australia) Visa Application center on 4th April. Sydney (Australia) Visa office received the passport along with the photos on 5th April. However, they emailed me to resubmit the photos on 8th April as they were not as per specification according to them. On 10th April, I resubmitted the photos. Anybody here had the same issue with the photos? Also, how long do they take in such circumstances, to return the stamped passport with COPR. Haven't heard from them since.

Thanks in advance.
You can use this to estimate your passport processing time. https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/passport-processing-tracker
Personally my passport is processed at CPC-Ottawa and it has been more than 10 days but I have not heard anything from them.

If you're eligibility is met then you're 90% safe lol. You shouldn't be concerned about your application anymore. You're more closer to PPR now

Whats your AOR?

Hi

Just to give an update. I got MEP and BIL for me and spouse on 29 th March and We submitted our fingerprints on 1st April. It’s been more than 15 days and my biometrics haven’t updated yet. However my spouse’s biometrics details have been updated. I called IRCC today and spoke to an agent who said my biometrics is in processing and my application is currently at CIO Sydney and eventually it will move to CPC Ottawa.
I asked how long it’s gonna take for them to process my biometrics and she said it’s hard to say and there is nothing I can do right now other than waiting.
1) Has anyone faced the same situation and eventually got their biometrics updated ? If yes , then how long it took ?
2) Does every case file follows the same path I.e from CIO Sydney and eventually to CPC Ottawa ?
