NOC Code for Java developers

Hi,

I work in an IT firm as a web application developer(Java/J2EE). My current role and responsibilities matches with what is given under the NOC Code 2174. Is this the right NOC code for a java developer?

Also, I completed my graduation in Information technology branch. They have not mentioned the branch as is under employee requirements but I hope it would work. Please let me know.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component or completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
