Hey Suraj,
Seems like you are planning for an open work permit beforehand or later on?
Currently, I am on an employer-specific work permit and this will expire by the end of June. Now, I want to be free and work wherever or whatever I want but for this I need an open work permit or PR.

In the same link go to work permit application which will direct you to Find out if you are eligible to apply online
Once you check the eligibility it will end up with the TRV.
I know what is BOPR and what we need to apply for it but I am still struggling how to do it.
Hey when you answer questions say temporary status , more than 06 months , it should take you to work permit extension. Hope this helps

based on PGWP, so apply before. You can apply early if u want the permit early . If u want to stay longer on implied status , apply late.
Do you know anything about our health card and Social insurance number?

They all expire with my PGWP. Do I need to wait BOWP approved first to renew or.. ?

@a16107 Hi there, I notice you were picked in the last draw congrats. Between the CRS tool and the official score listed on your ITA letter, were they the same?

I'm filing my application with an immigration firm. My supposed CRS score was 476 yet I was informed that my current score is 446. Does that make sense?

Is there any hope for 443 this year, I am at 448 and will be loosing 5 points next week, I don't think there will draw next week.
What are my chances on 443?
Same exact boat just losing points on May 8th. Hopefully I may see the miracle before that.

Thank you

Yes they are the same on my ITA and the CRS calculator

you can try this to see if you get 476 or 446- https://www.lptoronto.com/calc/

make sure you fill in correctly in Category D: Additional points

Government job is exempted from LMIA, so you can claim points for it.
You can mention your 1 year work experience as long as it's full time job and falls under 0, A or B category. There's no requirement that you job should be linked to your study.
Do not listen your friend, may be he doesn't have a clear clue about Canadian immigration.
Thanks a lot my friend. :)

Hi guys.
New out here. Congratulations to all who have made it. What do you think chances are for 447? With last so many draws sitting at 450+, I now feel very less hopeful :) my birthday is around December..do we see a chance by then? Predictions here are quite accurate
