Looking for accommodation in and around Mississauga,York region or Downtown Toronto.
I'd prefer a fully furnished house/ room even if the rent is on a higher side(500$ to 1000$ a month for accomodation is fine)
Please advise.

You can try looking into kijiji.ca to look for different residential options but just to give you an idea, average rent for a room could be around 500 per month. It can take somewhere around 2-4 weeks to find a part time job and there are many customer services job available in the city. Try looking into indeed.ca to have a better idea about job market in here.

North York, Scarborough would be reasonable area for you as it would be closer to your College as well and you can have a fully furnished room including utilities within your budget. I spent almost 3 yrs before moving to Halifax and all that time, I resided in North York area near lambton college. Try looking into kijiji.ca to get better idea about available accommodation options in these areas. Mississauga would not be convenient option at-least for now as it has been too cold these days and it would be far from your college.

Me and my friends (all 29yr men) are landing in Toronto in May 5. How to find a place that can accommodate all three of us? Our budget is $600, including all three. We are going through several postings but all of them seems to be single occupancy.

Is our budget unrealistic?

For Toronto it's unrealistic. 600-700 CAD is good for a decent single bedroom. You are looking at 1200 CAD, if the landlord is willing to let 3 people stay in a two bedroom, one of you could sleep in the living room.
