Proof of Saskatchewan residency documents

Dears,
I'm planning to try to apply for a new driver's license when landing in Saskatchewan.
From the information on SGI site, it requires a minimum of 2 pieces of original identification and 2 Saskatchewan residency documents.

If i rent an address from ups store, i could open a bank account with the address and use the letter from the bank as one piece of residency document. But i don't know how to get the second piece of residency document.

Could you kindly give me a hint about it?

Upsstore can’t provide letter of guarantor and mortgage document.
Maybe I will try to get some kind of agreement from ups store. But I am really not sure about it.

But bank can provide mortgage document if you qualify... If you know the store owner or its employee, they might be willing to provide letter of guarantor...

I am only planning to land shortly, so it is hard for me to make it...

Depending how you define "shortly", those documents can also be arranged and signed while you are outside Canada.

Are you even qualify to get a mortgage to begin with? In the beginning, you would probably need to buy a property unseen while in your country (via websites for example) and make mortgage arrangements with the bank / mortgage broker.

I can get a mortgage in my country easily. But if you are taking about a mortgage in canada, I think it may be too too complicated for me just to get a residency address during landing shortly.
