Dear All ,

I get my Endorsement letter from NB in April 2018 and Expiry of my Letter was 27th of September 2018. My application received on 6th of August and AOP on 4th of September . Medical Request on next day and get medical update on web site 12 th of September since then no change has been made on my GC account except one change which has been on my BG check then change it "In progress to NA" . Then suddenly could of days ago I received email that my application has been refuse and the reason which they mentioned is
"As you no longer have the endorsement of one of the Atlantic provinces or a qualifying job offer, you no longer meet the requirements for the membership of one of the Atlantic Immigration Pilot programs.".
I have my Endorsement letter and I attached it with my application . it is very hard for me to believe. it is request to all of you . kindly advice what should I do.
Thanks in Advance

I am so sorry for this. Their can be many reasons for this. I will try to explain as per my experience as two of my very close friends have gone through this program.
1. As according to the final message sent by IRCC to you,you no longer have job offer from the employer(in the background check IRCC may send CBSA to the employer to check the authenticity of the job offer), and now if that job position is filled and their is no vacancy that means there is no need for a new employee. And if the employer convinces CBSA that they really need you and fully support your settlement plan, then CBSA checks the arrangements made by the employer. If they are convinced that job offer is real then everything is good. But if that job offer is no longer valid that means provincial letter is worthless, and that is why PR is rejected.
2. Sometimes when the endorsement is issued the employer asks for big amount of money( as a bribe, extortion, security, immigration fraud)from the new employee for PR applications. Some employees even pay it. But after the AOR employee thinks we don’t need help from employer so they don’t pay the remaining money(bribe). In that case employer emails the province(that they no longer trust the new employee just to keep themself safe) and gets the endorsement canceled which leads to PR refusal.
3. In your case you should email province,IRCC, and employer too just to know exactly what happened.

(P.S. Please consider my postings as a suggestion, this is not a legal advise)

@TheNorms i will need you advise i have multiple job offers from NS,NB,NL but i am not able to figure out to which province i should apply. Can i apply for multiple endorsements as i don’t know which employer is genuine and which will try to extort money from me later after the endorsement approval. If at that point i have 3 endorsements atleast i will drop the white collar criminal from my list.

@Connectuae i was the same as you, I had multiple job offers from two provinces. Unfortunately you can only apply to one province so I spent time trying to decide which employer and which province.
Yes unfortunately a lot of underhand tactics from employers are going on. Federal government are aware and are really coming down hard on this. They are doing audits and they are full on, my employer had one a couple of months ago.

I wish you luck in your decisions, I personally done a pro/con list for each employer & province.

We are happy to confirm we have just done our landing interview at Fredericton visa office. A very nice officer that you could talk with and few simple questions to confirm height and if we had any criminal records and the 4 of us were done within about 20 mins.
4 to 8 week for PR cards to arrive, not advised to leave Canada until they are received as it could cause issues when re.entering Canada. Obviously if an emergency requires travel go ahead but you may need to apply for a visa to re-enter.

We wish you all the best in your journey.
Thank you very much for your contribution to this forum good sir. I wish you and your family the best for the life. Bless.

I’m so sorry this has happened to you, unfortunately I’ve heard of a few same stories lately. Are you outland or inland? If you are inland I would go to your local Member of parliament and get them involved. If your outland i would personally reach out to the province / employer to ask for a full explanation.

You better apply and find the company which is willing to designated for you. Many of the listed company already hired someone for their company.
For example, my company does not want to hire someone right now. However, some of the listed company are hiring an employee but you have to ask them. You have to remember that the listed company does not mean they are hiring now.
You better apply the company and explain to them what is AIPP and they might interest in the processing for you. I recommend you explain this processing when you get the chance to interview with an employer. That was how I found the company and they did the designated processing for me.

Some employees are frauds... actually there is a lot of them. After endorsed and submitting an application they never showed up at work. IRCC checked with my employer if I'm here working and I don't blame them. They could have done same with yours. You haven't mentioned if you're inland with a work permit.

guys ...here is a question....when u click validate in the generic application form / u get the bar codes....but what if u saved that form ....reopened it and made one change then clicked validate again....does that second click generate a new barcode ? ....or its one barcode per file and doesnt change no matter how many changes u did to the application ...???

Any time you make an error on your form, input the corrections and validate again. The former validation you did initially before the mistake is invalid, the new one you validated after the correction stands.
