Hi just wondering I have my In-laws who have there super visa they will be travling from Mumbai to Toronto and will be traveling for the first time. Just want to know since they can stay here Toronto for two years is it ok if we buy them a oneway ticket or is it necessary to buy a round trip ticket.

One way ticket would be fine with a super visa and anyway impossible to buy a return if the return date is greater than approx 330 days from date of purchase, airlines just do not support it. Make sure have a copy of the required insurance in case asked for by CBSA on entry.

No - you have to be in Canada.

I am in Canada on super Visa up to Nov 19. I intend to visit USA in July 19 for one month. My question is
- Can I get two years stay permission ( as per super Visa condition ) in Canada from date of returning from USA or will be allowed to stay up to Nov 19?
