Thank you so much. I have a question regarding gift deed. As I don't have sufficient funds in my account right now, so can I get a gift deed from my sister or it must be given by parents only ?
Yes you can get gift deed from your sister as well, it should be notarized along with all banking information.
Good luck!

Ask them to remove your 1st company experience from work history. Once you receive the ITA, you'll be able to mention 1st company experience into the personal history section. Remember, personal history section is available only post ITA.

Didn't get a chance to lookout your query yesterday, sorry for the late response.
Thanks bro.

Hi Guys!

So my question is little different. I have about 7 years of work experience from about 5 employers.

As the max points we get is for 3 years work experience, and getting Reference Letter is exact Express Entry format is a pain from different employers. I was actually wondering if I can ONLY show my last two employers as they would cover my 3 years.

Or I need to show my ENTIRE professional career?

Any help is appreciated!

Any ray of hope for 445 points? I'm really panicking. Should i rather start targeting PNPs. I didn't want PNP because of extra cost, but with each passing draw Im losing hope. Birthday in Sept and will lose points.

Someone mentioned that PNPs are the ones pushing the scores up. What do you think especially for coming draw where Alberta issued invites.
Hey nolimits,
I am in the same boat as well, @445 with the birthday in sep..LOL!
By seeing the last year trend, I believe that they will increase the number of ITAs in April. Let's wait and pray for the increased number of ITAs as back to back draws seems illogical to me and completely depend on LUCK!

Last two employers alone should be good.

ITAs won't increase as they are all set to meet their target with the current speed.

Hey SeniorStakes,
I don't agree with you. Look at the following calculations-

2017 targeted ITAs = 71400, issued = 86023 around 120.48%
2018 targeted ITAs = 74900, issued = 89800 around 119.89%

2019 targeted ITAs = 81400. They should issue either 97590 (119.89%), or 93610 (115%), or 91168 (112%), or 89540(110%).

I agree that ITA decline rate could be lower as compared to 2017 or 2018 but not 00.00%

Let's say if it is 10% then, also, there would be 89540 ITAs.
Till now ITAs issued = 17850. Remaining ITAs = 71690. Remaining draws, let's assume 2 in a month, =19. Which means 63650 more ITAs with 3350 ITAs or 81500 total ITAs in 2019. This does not make sense to me as the target is 89540 with 10% ITAs decline rate.

Now, if they have to accommodate 8040 additional candidates, they must increase the 423 ITAs starting from next draw or wait for 2-3 draws and continue issuing 3900 ITAs or conduct B2B draws.

Please let me know if I made any bigger mistake.

Thanks

Seems completely logical and makes sense. Atleast giving us a Ray of Hope for a while! :D
