do i need to be worried?
Landed on 27th November
Had an email now after photo request on Jan 7th that the ID Card was sent to my address in Guelph on the 23rd of Feb. Its 5th March now, still not received.

Landed : Sep 23rd 2018 ( Me , My wife & Daughter)
Approved : Nov 22nd ( for me & my daughter)
Photo re-submission request : Nov 20th ( for my wife)
Photos re-submission : Dec 12th

I goofed up in the Envelop format ( in putting the FROM / TO address in the wrong places) . Hence the envelop was returned back to my address after a month without reaching IRCC. I was worried that I was past the due date for submission as IRCC says that the photos have to be resubmitted within 30 days of the receipt of the email request. However I went ahead & did the re-submission .

Photo re-submission : Jan 18th 2019 delivered

Ghost Update: 28 Feb 2019
Approved : 5th March 2019

This blog was really useful in estimating the exact timing of when my application would be processed based on the inputs from the other applicants who have shared their application timelines.

I also did follow the trend on the IMM Tracker Website which also gives you a indicative trend on processing of the application ( irrespective of fresh or photo re-submission request )

Still no updates for me. December 1st landed, January 9th photo request, January 11th photos received. I submitted a web request last week, and received what I assume is a standard response:
"Thank you for contacting IRCC. We have forwarded the information you provided to the responsible department. They will contact you only if they require further information. We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your inquiry."

Not really helpful, but I've seen in the forum that submitting a web request resulted in PR card progress for some people, so hopefully this will be the case for me.
Last 1.5 weeks have been awful seeing other people whose photos were received either around the same time or after mine getting their applications approved, constantly checking myCIC account and not having any news. Really hope this will get resolved soon.

im sort of in the same boat. Landed on Jan 5th and still waiting for PR card. Called multiple times and they sent request to the office who is processing my PR card and said they will respond within 30 days..sigh..myCIC still shows submitted
