PGWP expiring in 2months!!!!help!!!!please!!!read my situation.

hi everyone!
I have 3 years of post graduation open work permit which is expiring end of april 2019.
I alredy got my bc pnp nomination under semi skilled entry level category this january 2019. Amd already applied for PR paper based application. According to my canada post tracking cic received my application on 20 feb 2019. And i am waiting for my AOR now.
Problem is as my work permit is expiring. I need to renew it. If ill renew it on the basis of my bc pnp and my bc pnp support letter then ill get a CLOSED work permit.
Bt if i apply with my AOR then ill get an open work permit. I really want an open permit.
Please helpppppp?!!??

Now I was a provincial nominee from Ontario but with no restriction on employment..
From other forums though (please check the ones about BOWP) you need to submit both your provincial nomination and AOR. So your new work permit will reflect the conditions on your provincial certificate. I am not familiar with semi skilled stream but I would put it like this:
If your nomination letter states you have restriction on employment, you will most likely get a new work permit for this employer only. You need to honour the conditions for provincial nomination until you get your PR.
If there is no restriction on your certificate, then you can get an open bridging work permit.

No that won't work. You must submit a open work permit application including the AOR for your PR application. IRCC will deem the application as incomplete if they see that you didn't include the AOR. They will refuse your application and then you will be under restoration because of loss of status.

I was wondering if i can include my AOR later in case special inquiry and officers will see that before they come to the decision.

How did your case go? Were you able to get new work permit? I am currently in the same situation. I am currently on PGWP and it is expiring this November. I applied for employer specific work permit (SINP nominee) last August. With how slow applications are being processed currently, I expect my pgwp to expire before my closed work permit gets a decision. I am wondering if I can stay in Canada and continue working with the same employer while waiting for the decision. Am I qualified for implied status?
