Dec 28th Applicant, My application was returned back today. I live in Montreal, Quebec

Reason given: Did not provide the required employment and/or source of Income supporting documents.

The Application checklist clearly said not to complete the section if you are a Quebec resident.

I am not sure if this was some mistake form the immigration officer who reviewed my file. Is there any way I can contest the decision? Any suggestions would be of great help!

Im not sure what there is to contest CIC might give help if you call but they'll tell you to resubmit it. It's not that they denied your final decision.

That is a tough situation. Might as well fill the form and resubmit it

Just re-submit then make a statement letter about the form that it was stated there as for sure it’s the same form that you gonna use good luck!

Question, when you get your AOR, is it coming via email? Because my application was received on the 27th (Dec) and I haven't gotten anything yet.

Yes it will be in email, but some applicants who have filed even before you are still waiting for their AOR. I am one of them as I sent application on Dec 17th and it was received on 19th.

Saskatchewan. My paperwork went to Mississaugua.

We have just got the status "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." on our OWP application (on the MyCIC site), so my hopes are we are going to receive the approval today!

I'm very excited!
If we get the OWP today it will mean that the processing is getting faster, taking about 2 and a half months for us!

I'll keep you posted.

No e-mail notification, but I still haven't got the OWP, just a change in the status
My file was still not submitted by the clinic to the IRCC

No, the Medical Exam was requested as part of the PR application on Feb 23rd. As far as I know, it is not connected with the OWP application
