Svp s'il y a quelqu'un qui a fait la demande de visa en Tanzanie à partir du Burundi, il peut m'aider a comment faire car je n'arrive pas a telecharger les formulaires de demande ni a savoir a quelle banque payers les frais.

You mean you want to apply a Canada visa from Tanzania..? it is easy just come to Dar es Salaam or I will go and ask the immigration officer on Thursday

I applied for study permit on April 18th from VAC Dar es Salaam and still waiting an answer

Il n'est pas toujours difficile à passer, en plus j'ais l'invitation qui date depuis juillet de l'année passée ,es-ce que c'est toujours valide ??
Je suis les moyens de me rendre en Tanzanie pour les données biométriques, comment je fais j'abandonne l'idée ou bien ??

To be on the safe side i would suggest that you get a new invitation. Because then you would also have difficulties explaining the purpose for your visit of which you were invited last year in July.

If you are required to do the biometrics then you cannot avoid it. You have to go for it.
