Visa for January 2019 status

Hello All,
Please help me out in my situation

I applied for January intake 2018
But got my visa late due to which i missed my jan session nd after that i applied again for September intake nd got new offer letter nd also transfer my fees from January intake to September intake .

But the thing is i dont got any deffer letter from college they told me that we dont give defer letter .

What should i do now ? Will it be risky for me to travel to Canada without defer letter but i have my new offer letter for September intake .

Yeah, thank you very much. So it took me over 9 months. I did an online application
Biometrics - May 24
Medicals - December 5
Passport submission - Feb 5
Got my visa - Feb 15
