WES ECA status on Hold

Can someone guide me on the WES process as I am completely confused with the way they are handling my case.

Account Created : 10-Nov-2018
Documents Submitted : 12-Nov-2018
After couple of on hold status for my MCA the status finally got changed to All documents reviewed and accepted on 14-Jan-2019.
On the same day the status got changed to:

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.
Your evaluation is due for completion on 2/1/2019

Till 01-Feb-2019 nothing happened and now all of sudden today i.e. on 03-Feb-2019 the status has again changed to following:

We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Status last updated: 2/3/2019

Can someone guide me what are these guys upto..

Hello Guys,
i am in more or less in the same situation.
My B.COM degree(Bangalore University) has been accepted by WES and my MBA (distance Education) Annamalai University has been kept on hold.
This was sent in the month of Nov 2018 and WES has sent for validation in the month of December first week.
Status says MBA marks sheet and provisional has been sent to the instituation However when i do check with University they have replied me stating they have not received any query or documents so far from WES.
NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NEXT ....? ANY SUGGESTION WOULD BE MORE HELP FULL.

2. They have wriiten the reason as ""WAITING FOR IKGPTU(university) to verify marksheets"""
3. This is PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNI IN INDIA
4. Shall i send any document to WES Or this process will be done by the aforesaid uni(PTU) on their own??

Mine is also the same. I am so worried what to do now. Did u tried reaching the University? Is there any update regarding this?

Yes, the report has been received - with Masters equivalency for full time PGDM from IMT Do keep up with chasing the contact centre guys...once the issuing institution sends the confirmation to the right ID (1@wes.org for all of us so far, as @magento rightly pointed out) in the correct format (quoting your unique reference number and confirming authenticity of provided documents) all should be good

I am facing similar situation with Pune University and my status has changed from "on hold" -> "reviewing" -> "on hold" again and when I called WES they said that they are not happy with reply from Pune university and they did not verify my profile in correct manner. Moreover WES is not ready to tell what is wrong with verification and neither telling me email id to which they have send an email for verification.

Could you forward me the VDR email? What is the correct expected format?

Hi, I'm also having the same problem, Tamilnadu teacher training university says they didn't receive any communication from WES. But WES claims that they have sent the verification mail. Now the WES status show second follow up with the same university again university says they didn't receive any mails from WES. Don't know how long WES will play like this. If any one shares the MAIL format I can request my university to respond to WES.

I think there is another reason. WES is already overloaded with the documentation work from different countries and they are incapable to fulfill the commitments. In order to reduce the extra stress given by the candidates, asking them again & again about the update of their documents (either by call or email), they are simply telling the false stories that they have not received any response. They will pay attention only when you will request them atleast 3-4 times I guess.

P.S.- My status has been changed from "on hold" to "in progress" atleast 4 times in the past week and I have been given the completion date of my ECA report. A big relief after almost 5 months!

Hi My university says that they didn't receive any mail from WES. Don't to which ID they are sending the mail. Are they picking mail id from the university website?

Is university saying that they didn’t receive any WES email for “your” verification or they are saying that they have not received verification emails for anyone else too?

University authorities says that they send 100s of transcripts in a year but they have not received even one verification mails for any candidate from WES related to the same.

Hey mate same thing has been happening to me. Got my documents verified from university by paying university fees. Its been nearly a month now but they keep changing status to 'on hold' every weekend and change it back to 'document received' on monday. I did request my college to send me the copy of the verified documents they have mailed WES. I have received it and confirmed it with WES. But their customer service is trash as they keep sending same automated mails. The only thing we can do now is wait and pray that documents are processed and they send us report. Let me know if you get your documents asap.
