New message from a different processing center (Sydney Vs Mississauga)

Hello Everyone,
I am Canadian and I am sponsoring my wife who is Egyptian. Last May we have submitted her application of PR. On August 29th, 2018 I got the following email from Case Processing Centre Sydney.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on
behalf of **my wife's name and family (if applicable).
This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s)
has been forwarded to the visa office in Cairo for further processing.
Visa Office Contact Information
Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the
Application for Permanent Residence for your relative, you must email the visa office listed above
directly using the “IRCC Web Form”. This form is found in the “Enquiries” section of the specific visa
office’s link located on this page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
If you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you.

Today I got exactly the same email but from Case Processing Centre Mississauga.

I am not sure what does it mean? Is this usual?
I wish if anyone has an explanation.

the 1st email was to transfer your outland sponsorship application to Cairo......did the email you just received say your application has been transferred to visa office in Mississauga ?.........or what was the message in the email you just received ?

i won't worry about it....and assume it was sent in error......and remain patient knowing my application is still been processed and most sponsorship applications are processed within 12 months
