you are Inland or Outland applicant?

I just call them and agent first told me that my back ground check in progress and then I ask regarding my eligibility and she mention that it is still progress. I do know what is going on they are still working on eligibility after 4 months. My AOR is 4th Oct 2018, is there any one who has same status?

I had the same situation I do not think they can complete processing our applications in 6 months when we even had not clear eligibilty stage this is kind of first stage after on ip2

Is there actually a way to protest against frustration us (CEC applicants) have to go through?

Currently status shows as “we are processing your background check”.

Please advise if I need to order GCMS notes

I also have the same status just different aor October 15,the agent said we still have two months

I talked to someone he told me they did not touch his file for first five months and in last month they completed all steps in just one month so I am not sure if same is gonna happen to us

What should I upload in "family member proof of status" ? Should I upload my brother's PR card or should I upload my wife's work permit along with my brother's PR card.

Your application has crossed 4 month mark, you can order if you want. You can call them to inquire about status as well.

I ordered gcms notes and I called them they said i just cleared criminality and case will take 6 months but some of sep aor are clearly told by call center agents that their case is gonna take more than 6 months So bit worried at this moment

Looking around the forums. It seems even people who submitted their application in August still haven't got PR. Not only that scheduling for a landing interview can take up to 4 weeks depending on where you live. I am September 5th AOR and still haven't heard anything been in IP2 for like 4 months now. I'm so glad we got BOWP back in November as I wouldn't have liked to be on implied status for over 5 months.
