Hi everyone!!
I have a question i got my workpermit approval news today but no email yet!!
Timeline is: BoWp 31st october
Approval today: 25th January
Do i’m able to travel to India without TRV and is it possible if i get the TRV stamp in India?
Any help would be highly appreciated!!

My restoration of work permit was just approved. Timeline is here:
resubmitted:20181218
approved:20190208
My husband and daughter also got approved at the same time. My extension only to the end of Feb, so maybe this is the reason to get approved fast.

I have completed my 1 year program in university and within 90 days I have applied for the PGWP and they refused my application due to incomplete docs as I have not uploaded first page of transcript only later I called the cic, they reconsidered my case but they did not change the decision. now again I called them they told me to apply the restoration for pgwp.
my question is do I need the offer letter for restoration of my status and I need to apply the restoration od student permit or pgwp ? and what are the chances to get the any status ?
what is right procedure to sort this problem ??

Once the restoration of work permit is approved, can I go back to work from the next day or do I have to apply for a new work permit and wait till that application is approved.

Thank you so much, I was so worried as my friend just suggested me that I will have to wait another 3 months for approval and go back to work. My employer wouldn't be that patient for sure.
This was bridge work permit. I never had any refusals on my applications before.
I forgot to upload the nomination certificate.
Not sure how long this is going to take. It's been 2 weeks that I applied for restoration- no replay back from them.
Mine is a ridiculous situation though, I also got my ppr on the March 18 and before sending my passport for visa, I updated them that I got married (however my husband doesn't intend to come here and work here as he lives in the states). Never got my passport back and got my extension refused as I forgot one damn document. I'm so stressed as I'm not sure how long can my employer be patient about my restoration.
