If you get a passport request, your visa is approved pending anything being wrong with the passport itself. The process is:
1. Passport request
2. Decision envelope dispatched
3. Both passport and decision envelope dispatched to IRCC regional office
4. Decision envelope/passport dispatched to central visa center - this is when your status will show as approved online.

5. then dispatched to your visa center for collection

Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations. The officer will ask to see this letter, your passport
and may request to see your supporting documents, such as the letter of acceptance from your
