AOR in March 2017

Hi.. need some clarification please.
I got PT interest (OINP) on 2nd march and as per the current platform, i submitted my application, with documents and PnP fee of CAD 1500 online on the ONe-key website. After completion, i got am email saying "Application received" including my case number. Is this email considered as AOR for me ??
Also, i would like to connect with people who are e-filing their application like me. I believe this was not the process until few weeks back. It used to be paper submission earlier i know.
Also, if that email is my AOR, do you think now i should wait to hear back from them ? My CIC profile says 'application submitted'.

You have PNP AOR. Once your PNP is approved you'll have 600 more points and hopefully an ITA.

After you have an ITA you submit your PR application and you get an AOR for PR.

AOR received March 15th
Medicals cleared April 3rd
all does and fees submitted.
waiting for PPR. anyone with same time lines ?
