Actually, the worker has to prove that he is willing to return to his home country after his contract hence proof of ties to home country is needed like family ties, employment prospect, financial stabilityI believed working as contract worker in canada doesn’t need financial asset, it is the employer need to show his/her capability to hire a worker/nanny .

That is what I was thinking and it should be like that, but my sister got denied of her caregiver visa because of that reason too. LMIA is only valid for 6 months. You need to apply your work permit as soon as you received it.I had positive lmia and it got expired can I reapply again.
