Hi there,
I needed an advice from you guys.

I have a part time job offer in canada currently on work permit ongoing employment. When I was hired the letter said Regular Part time however my employer is giving me 36.5 hours on an average since when I started working i.e 6 months ago and have other 2 job offer letter working full time in NOC B.

I have got NOI from OINP and file is waiting for submission but I dont understand if I am part time temporary acc to my employer but however acc to the Ontario/Canada govt's mandate i.e. full time is considered as long as I do 30 hrs per week. But does that change with what my employer has to say, i.e part time status. Will I be considered for all the 6 months I worked since I was working at least 30 hours per week acc to the govt's law.

Please help me if you can. Really appreciate your help.
