Need information regarding change of college.

Hi, I am Karanbir Singh. I am enrolled in Fleming College under the course of Wireless information Networking for January 2019 intake. Actually I never wanted to go to Fleming College but I did because of some reason. I need information regarding changing of college.
What I want to know is that can I complete my one semester in Fleming College and then shift to another college under the new course. I know my one semester which studied in Fleming College will go waste. I want to know if its safe doing in this. Will there be any problem in future like when I will want to get my work search visa.
Please guide me as I feel stuck in this situation and I need to get out of Peterborough somehow. Please help.

as long as u have study permit, you can study in any government authorized college or university

Okay, but if I change college will there be any problem in getting work permit.

No you have to report that you have changed colleges.
