You're looking for validation of your observation? What is your observation based on?
yes, i am wondering if this observation is correct. I hear that a lot of FSW-inland applicants end up in Montreal Office (and I am an FSW inland applicant from nov).

The observation is based on reading some posts with people complaining about montreal visa office.

I could be wrong of course

So you still don't know that whether your file is in Montreal or not. And you are here asking information by declaring a VO slowest to people who already know their file is in Montreal. You get A+ for your sensitivity.

Montreal is the slowest VO isn't it?
I was thinking that at the begining ,but my observation is that there is a general slowdown including many VOs , and actually there's some proved to be slower, it is just that inland files are processed this days at a slower pace in Montreal, no info about the reason.

NY Visa center has terrible reviews and cases of passports getting lost so probably better to stick with Ottawa!. Unless you drop off and pick up I think
I also checked and looks like unnecessary headache! Will stick to Fedex and CPC - Ottawa. thanks for warning me... :)

@Adeife23 Only one person from July has updated the excel sheet for PPR. I think most people who got PPR are from WA group. Could you please ask everyone to update the excel sheet.

Also, I do see some June folks still waiting as per the excel sheet. Although, most are inland and Montreal is notorious for slow processing on inland guys. There are 2 cases maybe who are outland. Are these folks still active on Whatsapp. If yes, does anyone know what was their status per GCMS notes etc.

Hey Cansha..there were 2PRs reported on Montreal WhatsApp group and 1 reported on July Whatsapp group who declared that her/his VO was Montreal.(He/she never joined the Montreal group) One of the person's who got PPR on Montreal WA never filled her details on the excel sheet.I just filled it now. She had RR for employment docs and proactively uploaded docs after receiving gcms)
The other three were on this forum. One on your list and the other two were never active.

Some June folks waiting are inland and that buttresses on the point I made yesterday that inland files are not exactly priority for Montreal hence they leave them and jump to later outland files. Although there are also june outland folks on the excel too, these ones and cases like yours make my point somewhat invalid based on facts. The june folks waiting are active on WA, last gcms either shows nothing since the case analyst comments or elligibility passed from RR but nothing more.

Each time I try to look for a sequence with Montreal, I get even more confused

My soon has long passed.

Not sure if this complicates things. May be if other people from July who got PPRs could post their timeline on when their files were transferred to Montreal and when their Eligibility test was done we can validate.

So, request people who have PPR and ordered GCMS notes kindly post on thread when their files moved to Montreal and when Eligibility test was done.

And you can ask the same on WA group if you are there.
I'll do that. Hopefully it'll help others to get an idea too. Thank you

Guys , if you have received PPR from Montreal VO please clarify the following. Was your application transferred to Montreal after r10 check? If it was please mention after how long. Example: Aor June 20, r10 done on July 1 but file transferred on August 1 so 1 month delay after r10. Did this delay your PPR or did you still get it within 6 months? Appreciate your help guys! This will will help others who are stuck to get an idea. You can just post Aor, r10 and transfer to Montreal date to make it easier.

I pray for you that your file isn't in Montreal. You just started the wait and you don't know what people who have waited for soo long are going through.
And yes, people can get "hypersensitive" in your words, because some have their lives, future and everything dependent on the process. I wonder what you are doing on this thread in the first place.
Go and find out your VO and if it end up being Montreal, come here and join the loong wait, then you would learn by that to be more sensitive and not give snide remarks

Weird..how can you do that without knowing anything. I dont want to say that but hope you get Montreal and then think about that comment after 6 months long wait. good luck!

sorry about that folks.

My apologies. I really didn't think things through before making the post.

I should have apologized much earlier had it not been for such caustic and snide posting by cansha I probably would have. Things can be pointed out in a respectful way too.

I really hope that all of you who are waiting on this thread to get your PRs, do so as soon as possible.

All the best to you folks
