Happy New year!

A quick update. My wife and I had our test and interview this morning (Location: Kitchener). Both scored 20/20. The test was straight forward. We went through the book twice (strongly recommended) and took a few free online practice tests. Interview took about 10-15 mins. The officer verified all original documents against our application and checked for few stamps on the passport for travel (not all).

The officer indicated that Oath should likely be in early Feb aka. next batch (since we requested urgent processing in early Dec 2018). Thanks everyone. Good luck!
Please update the spreadsheet. "Decision Made" this morning i.e Jan 4'th. (Test and interview on Jan 3'rd, location Kitchener, Urgent processing)

Hi,

Husband got date for citizenship test today: Sept 27. (Montreal, AOR April 10, IP June 27.) He will have to reschedule due to work commitments, but it's very positive especially since he had something like 50 trips to list and I was worried he'd have to do extra paperwork!

Thanks as always for updating the speadsheet.
Update - on January 3 he received his new date for his citizenship test and interview, Jan. 24 in Montreal. For what it is worth, he contacted them very shortly after he received his first date, then I (as his representative) emailed a month or so later to give them other dates when he was traveling. The email on Jan. 3 was the first contact we had with them since that. Fortunately he can make Jan. 24!

Hello everyone please add me to the spreadsheet I have been following the forum very quietly for all my immigration processes in Canada for many many years but I was never a member just became today because I came across a u ique situation while my citizenship application is in process my timeline is very similar to this remember
Location. Saskatoon sk
App sent march 12
Received match 15
Aor april 7
In process July 5
Finger print request July 29
Finger print sent august 29
Got letter 30 days late for finger print cause I was in banff for vacation.
I have not yet received any update since then.
Also my question to all senior members and also to Whoever have any prior experience. While my citizenship was in process I got charger with simple assault in august while I still had to do finger prints for cic. The police took my finger prints charged me and gave me court date to appear. I plead not guilty as my ex lied . Confused and was intoxicated the time cops arrived at the scene. I had no contact order and we were still hanging out and we argued again in December and I was charged again with breaking my no contact order they took my finger prints once again and held me in custody and then the judge released me next morning. I never hired any lawyer and both charges are pending and my lawyer will be representing me soon. Both charges the crown is proceeding summarily. Means summary offence summary conviction.

Questions ?
1. Do I tell cic about this or do they know ?
2. I was never charged in Canada or any other country for anything that includes my eligibility period for citizenship will this effect or deny my citizenship?
3. Does this make me deportable ?
Please respond if any witnesses similar situation before.
Thanks

I know someone who had a similar case didn’t know the full story but he had to contact and hire an immigration lawyer to continue his application. I believe he had to wait a very long time to get the citizenship.

Most Toronto/Mississauga applicants have not yet received their test invite.
I have 4 friends who entered the process in Feb 2017 and they all told me it takes exactly 5 months from the time the status changes to In Process - I am now about to hit 7 months! I am guessing there is a delay in Toronto / Mississauga ???

I'm in London too, but a Feb 2018 applicant. It's so unbearably slow!
London office is really slow. Most of the applicants who got IP around May 01, still in the same situation! Very sad!
