I have some questions regarding super visa for parents. I want to apply for super visa for my mom in 2019. So the minimum icome is going to be checked for last 3 years, 18,17,16 or something else?. Can I add my brother as a co sponser to meet the minimum income requirements?. What would be best country ties for my mom that the agent would find resonable ?

Although IRCC requests for the three most recent NOAs to prove LICO for super visas, even the most recent NOA will suffice.

No, your brother cannot be included as the co-host. If you are married or in a common-law relationship then your spouse/common-law partner can be the co-host.

The focus is on your financial situation + your mom must demonstrate some reasonable ties to her home country (property/land ownership, financial investments, pension renewal, dependent family members, etc)

Hi Bryanna,
I need u r help/suggestion. My parents have supervisa they came in Nov 2018 for second time. But cbsa didn't stamp or handwritten any date for stay. Plus I also call to cic helpline they just gave me standard & prescribed reply in email. So now I don't understand from where I can get information with proof. What should i have to do like i have to go for ATIP or web inquiry.

No stamp or handwritten date means they can stay for up to two years

First of all thanks Bryanna n my parents came to Canada second time on supervisa. Plus one forum member also suggest me to follow this Official source: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/travel-voyage/pik-bip-eng.html?wbdisable=true
Now I m confused & I also know that u have excellent knowledge in this kind of matters. Is that any other way we can get proof for this. Bcoz i don't want to take the risk for future.

Last year, IRCC clarified that the parents/grandparents can stay for up to two years on each super visa entry.

Do see the 'Length of admissions' section here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/visitors/examination-admission-port-entry.html

Hi
How much money do you think I should have in my bank account as proof of funds apart from LICO. I want to apply for both of my parents and the main reason would be to attend my wedding. I’m already married to my husband legally but never had a wedding.

Hi Friends,

I have recently got Canada PR ( Federal) through Express entry. I have also received a job offer from a IT company. I intend to visit to canada in a months time. I have the following concerns and appreciate your support in finding a solution.

1. Can i bring my mother through Super Visa right now
2. What are the chances and how to apply for something which would help me to bring my mother to canada.

No, do wait until you have at least one NOA that proves your income is above the minimum threshold to host your mom for a super visa + adequate funds in your bank account.

A job offer does not prove that you meet the financial requirements for a super visa.

A super visa is a temporary resident visa that does not allow your mom to live permanently in Canada.

A TRV would be the best route initially if your mom can prove she has strong ties to return to her home country + adequate finances. But, don't be in a hurry to apply for a TRV. Do wait for some months before applying

Hi I have questions regarding filling out the online application. I created an account on behalf of my parents
However, it asks me what do I want to apply for : Visitor visa or PR. When I select Visitor VISA it asks me questions as If I am the one applying.
Can i fill out the forms on behalf of my parents as if I am the actual applicant

For parents super visa my gross income should meet minimum requirements or my income after taxes and expenses should meet minimum requirements.
