Update:
Arrived in Toronto no major problems, they checked a lot of the paperwork, poe letter, school acceptance, proof of payment of fees etc spent like 3 min digging through my stuff to find the SWIFT receipt as proof of payment, so just make sure you have everything close by.
A lot of students arriving, took about 3 hours to get out of airport. If you have connecting flights plan accordingly, you will also need to pickup your luggage at first poe I think with some exceptions depending on airline.

Oh there was no paper declaration forms, there are these cumbersome computer terminals you have to use which scan your passport and take your picture.

Also declared more then 10,000 CAD you have to fill out a form with your info they didn't ask to see or count it.
