Yes in your GCMS notes. So R10 check would be available in the very end pages of the GCMS notes.

For file transfer look for a section called "PAPER FILE TRANSFER". This will show at what date file was moved from Visa office A to Visa office B.

If you convert your pdf notes to searchable notes than easy to find else just scroll around a bit and you should see it.

You should apply for notes early January . They may do it a little earlier but can't say for certain. Cansha, thoughts?

The reason dor
January end or Feb first week would be better given that next two weeks are not going to yield much work.
So you feel I should apply for GCMS again? like in Feb? Aren't they supposed to finish processing my application by Feb 20th , though? ( technically speaking)

Technically speaking your 6 months for CIC are done on 23 Mar 2019. 6 months from R10 check date.

Its not much to order notes, i think early/middle Jan would be good time, then again in feb but its just my opinion. Reason i say this is because Montreal is not pro active in adr request: they wait to request doc, but notes will have them, ordering in jan may help you save time if something is needed. The clock starts on sep23 for you and with holidays, there maybe delays..unfortunately it only moved to Montreal in oct for you which means delay

So you mean to say- the GCMS notes will say what ADR I may need to submit?before they update me with one?

Alright, even if that happens- How am I going to update a document to them? Everything on my end is clean and correct and I can be absolutely sure of that- even my POF is way more than what they need. The only "negative" thing that can lead to an ADR is that my wife has had a US visa refusal the first time- but she got it the next. I have read that some applicants had an ADR for that. What could be the document I may have to keep ready for that?

Yes that is a possibility. Some person had review required for employment but there was no adr request, they proactively set up cic ticket and uploaded supporting doc. Montreal is slow in letting candidates know

I didn't have much hope for Montreal to clear alot of files before the end of the year but I thought they would at least clear June and start July first week. It does not seem like that is going to happen before they close for the year. Fingers crossed!

It would be the last week before official Christmas holidays so hope there will be some movement in coming days. Though by looking at the silence in last two weeks it seems Montreal guys are already on Holidays :(
Lets hope for the best :)

Yeah saw some people saying his office is not replying anymore. But didn't see anything "official" as such. In any case I'm not surprised really. It was unsustainable. It's a shame though because I was planning on writing to him if 6 months got over which seems like a possibility for me.
I think you could still write now that you've crossed the 6 months mark. I don't think he has stopped responding totally. In your mail to him, mention that you've crossed the 6 months mark and you want some updates.
