We applying to Canadian PR through skilled migration.But our daughter 4 years old had leukemia and in remission now for a year.so does anybody know if we will be rejected based on medical inadmissability?

Hello there, all advice and suggestions were very much appreciated. What are the chances that my application to be approved if I will declare my 1 year old child with seizure disorder. Since all your dependents will undergo for medical exam whether they will accompany you to Canada or not. Does my application for eWhat are the possible options I will do in order to get all my dependents with me in the future. Thanks in advance!

Nobody can tell you whether you'll have problems with medical inadmissibility. Seizure disorders are so variable. Given that your child is so young, they will likely need quite a lot of testing and even perhaps surgery. It would be easier if there was a long track record of establish seizure control and all diagnostic testing had been done. I do think you are up for a huge challenge and it up to you to see if you want to pursue. Applying for PR is an all or nothing situation. Either all the family is approved or none of the family is approved.
