Financial statement

Hello,

I have received ITA and am supposed to upload financial document.
CIC is asking about credit card details as well in the financial document.
My bank has a dedicated format they use, which gives the details of checking and savings account and involves no details of credit card accounts. What am I supposed to do in this case, my credit cards are all paid off.
Also CIC is asking about email of the bank, whereas the letter i got has the contact information like phone number and address, but no email present. They said they dont do this type of communication in email.
Any suggestion what am I supposed to do with the financial document upload in above scenario ?

not sure about your location. But if you are trying from India, then most of the banks will provide all the details ( ICICI, HDFC, bank of India, IndusInd and other popular banks)

My bank in India has agreed to give in the desired format but not my bank in the UK.

But I am dealing with USA bank and all they provide is checking and saving account information and no credit card information. So not the format CIC is requesting.
