No @tobs they acknowledged his worked experience of exactly 3 years. However, his FSW work experience falls under 2-3 years category since it is less than 4-5 years.
But anything above 3 years should fall under 3+ years. No?

yeah he claimed the CRS points for 3+ years.
But for the FSW points he claimed the 2-3 cz he has less than 4-5.
You do know that you must meet two criterias right?!?
1. CRS of the selection round, his case was 440
2. FSW of minimum 67 points, standard for all EE applications

@cansha and others. Suggestions please... My aor is July 15. still in IP1. My agent doesn't want to apply for GCMS notes before 6 months. Will there be any problem, we have submitted pcc, docs properly.
The fact that you're in IP1 doesn't mean there's anything wrong in your application. Some visa offices don't move aplications to IP2 at all and give PPRs from IP1.
IP1 & IP2 do not really reflect how close or far you are to getting PPR.
I don't think you need to wait till the 6th month is over to apply for your GCMS, tell you agent you want to apply now and if you have your application details, you can apply for GCMS on your own.

Yes. And he had 70 points for the FSW Criteria. It's written there.
I don't think the 2-3 years the case analyst commented on was FSW minimum points related. Because the agent already said the FSW criteria was MET with 70 points.
I think the 2-3 years was CRS related.

It was for FSW points. as per his notes:
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-3 year(s), 11 FSW points.
for the CRS the gave him points for 3+ years, as per his notes:
CRS Foreign work: 3+ year(s)

the only review required was for the big excess of funds / POF, it seems that they put people who present large amount of money as POF under review. Which is dumb weird

Alright then. It means he has nothing to worry about with regards his CRS scores. Fyi @CaptainJG I guess only your POF requires a LOE.

Hi all,
I'm a long time reader, first time poster. Appreciate all the support provided on this forum.
I recently received my case notes and was hoping you could help translate into plain English.
I see I'm review required but not sure why. I have several times the required funds.

AOR: 26th July
Medical Passed 19th August

Seems like you and I both have similar concerns. My gcms notes also say review required for funds as my POF say that my funds are almost 20 times the required funds. I consulted with my agent and they said that currently there is no requirement of providing explanation as it can complicate things further. Rather we should wait for them to ask for adr or explanation etc. These type of comments are written by junior analyst for it to be viewed by case officer as junior analyst cannot make decisions but can refer something if it is out of his jurisdiction.

Like we've established, some agents aren't really the smartest. We've seen cases of agents misguiding their clients on this forum.
I'll suggest that you read through the forum yourself and you'll see that most people who get out of RR in the shortest time possible proactively raised a CSE with supporting documents/LOE.

I have read through the forum and have come across similar situations.. totally agree with your suggestion also. I was just sharing my situation, and never once commented on what is right or wrong. If that has worked for some people, great.

Yh sure. I was just reiterating that it's best not to blindly trust what agents say.

Thanks for your quick response - So how many levels of Security screening are there - Also could you pls help on average time it takes for clearing each of those levels.
As per the public info, there is a regular screening and then an enhanced, popularly as SS.

There are no specific time lines and there is a thread in which I have discussed the role of CSIS in security.
