Hi everyone i am santosh bishowkrama from nepal i moved 2012 in australia i worked there as chef i had valid work permit, I moved back to nepal on 2016 because i wanted do something in my own country with family.I started business its going well, but here in nepal i am from dalit community which is called untouchable or lower caste.They treat like us dog, we can not enter temple, school and limited places.we do not have politics rights.When i started against these things i had been targeted from past years they beat me they ruin my everything, they threat me they gonna kill my family.Its mental and physical torture , i try to move another state even they hunt and beat me.I want to come in canada as asylum seeker.First i am going to apply trv and what are strong documents i need to support my case.Thanks in advance all good people here

1. If your business is doing well then it is contrary to your claims.
2. If you are from the Dalit/lower class (Sorry to use such terms in a civilized world) then you are not the only person from your community/caste to suffer. There are countless/thousands of other people in the same situation. Why would they track you down and not someone else from the countless other people?
3. Have you tried moving to India? You don't need a work permit to work in India. You can live in absolutely any city of your choice. More importantly, you can enjoy freedom from such restrictive, narrow thinking
