How many days does one have to submit the application from the expression of interest letter ?

Is it 45 days ?

Hi Guys

I have created my profile in september still no call for me. I have been working in canada for one and half year on open work permit.

My profile:
Profile created : sept 16th/2018
CRS Score : 432
Occupation: Interactive media developer - NOC - (A) 2174 (ICT)
Work Status: Currently working fulltime (permanent) in ontario.

I was waiting for OINP draw for job offers which was happened on NOV 26, but no luck for me. My Visa is going to expire in 2019 May. Dont know what to do any suggestions would be appreciated from experts in the forum.

Do i have to recreate my EE profile again to get picked in early 2019 ? or wait in the pool with same profile ?
DID any ICT (NOC 2171,2172,2173,2174 and 2175) occupants get the NOI in last draw ?

Thanks!!
Hi, in your express entry profile, remember to answer yes when asked if you have a job offer and than no if you have an LMIA. That's key to being invited to OINP. Regarding redoing the profile in 2019 do it on January 1st. Good luck!

Hi All,

One question regarding OINP program,
If Ontario issues the invitation to apply, It this mean they will surely add an additional 600 points ? is there any possibility that even after responding to Ontario invitation to apply they will not approve the profile for OINP ?

I heard they stay started sending Invitation on "Human Capital Priorities Stream" for people score more than 400+ , Does this guarantees that whom so ever got ONIP ITA will definitely get the PR after applying to ONIP ?

So today OINP program got increase in nominations - more than 6600 for 2018 (*as per province's website)

Hopefully, they move beyond French Skilled and Job Offer candidates! Hope!!

- brilliant! what was your CRS if you don't mind me asking? Is there anything else one can do to get the NOI?
my score is 415 and I have been working in Ontario for 1.5 years on closed WP. if you have a job in Ontario whatever your score, you will get OINP. all the best!

Hey guys.

My CRS is 435 (haven't created EE profile yet)... I have a full-time-permanent job. Been working for 1.5 years at my current company on an open-work permit. When filling application should I say that I have a job offer in Ontario? My jos ir permanent, full-time, but I don't have LMIA...

i didn't have LMIA as well. I came through intercompany transfer. you should select no for LMIA. better to do the profile ASAP in case they have any remaining nominations before year end or get it early 2019.

Thanks! So, to clarify, I have to select "YES" to a job offer and "NO" to LMIA, right? But if I choose Yes the system will give me 50 additional points right? But can't they refuse my application later based that I don't have LMIA? I'm a bit confused...

Working full-time, permanent position 1.5 years on an OPEN WORK PERMIT. Is there a chance to get PNP through job offer stream? Sorry I'm just lost guys.

hello,
I am in the same situation, working full time in Ontario as user support technician (NOCB). I was suggested to say "no" the job offer question as job offer is LMIA, which i do not have, I have created my profile in September, CRS score in not enough to get invited in express entry, I am hoping for ONIP, but they have not invited the candidates without job offer since i have my profile in pool, I am still confused of saying no to that question, However i do have permanent full time Job here, No LMIA
Thanks,

Hi,

I believe we are at the same boat. After graduating from a College in Toronto, I have been working as a Civil Engineering Technologist since August 2017. As far as I know, the job offer stream requires an Employement Form. In some cases, CIC may ask employer for their business tax form, revenue....
