Thats actually good and means they have reached until 19th June. Hope you should get PPR pretty soon now.

@cansha anything for you? Yours is also 19th June so hopefully you are next :)

In Montreal ghost update means your file was approved. Wait for two days and see if you get PPR mail. Else call CIC and check. Based on @smcan2014 post above he was told his PPR was sent by snail mail. Not sure if that is the new norm for Montreal. So wait till Friday and call on Monday may be.

Congratulations @smcan2014 :)

I would be super happy with snail mail as well :D . What you wrote if anything of that happen even then it is wonderful!!
If not, well, I am ok with this “wait-game”.

For August AOR's, is February the month to wait for the PPR's? No movement since moving to IP1 on Sep 13, AOR was AUG 21.

Well, with current trends that may be the case. I am July AOR and I have set my mind to February. Except there is a miracle next month which we are hoping for. They are so slow processing June that having a miracle for July this year may be over expecting
