Hi Everyone ,

I might be writing this in wrong forum but I did not foound any other best option other than this. If anybody have any idea about USA visitor visa.
I had and interview today. IN my husband's DS 160 I did not mentioned his masters degree in production engineering because he did this degree while working. And i showed his Work experience. Now , in interview the officer asked and he said he also did the masters. So he got confuse. Now he said I am ready to approve your visa is you provide additional document (CV).

The question is his masters is not distance learing (but allowed to not attend the classes) and he did worked during that period which i have on paper as experienced.
I am confused what should I write in CV. working while studying ?
It would be great is someone can help me on this .

Yes.
Because I did not mentioned the masters degree in DS 160 and then my husband said that in interview so officer got confuse i belive.
And problem is he did masters while he was working. So How should I write that in CV?
CV with all the places where you worked (with address and phone numbers) and all degrees and everything.

Correct dude. But we cannot book tickets until we know for sure the date of departure. Not to forget resignation, notice period, selling assets and all... all are in hold mode for now...

I agree on the selling assets part (as if we sell chairs where will we sit ) . Though going by the usual Notice period stuff, I am guessing your;s will be 3 months, So you can think of it (As we know your appl. is approved, so its just the matter of time, not amounting to 3 months for sure ). Tickets are the most difficult part and I understand .
Having said all that, No one can put themselves in the shoes of others (every individual's circumstances are different ) ... So I might be doing absolute bullshi** .. But thought of sharing my opinion !! All the best once again...

My husband and I applied for Express Entry. We took help from a lawyer to work on our file. So only he has access to our online portal.
Just concerned as we have not received any update on our application.

AOR 11th June
Medicals passed around 5th July.
Since then no update.

Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the requirements.
Interview/Bio - do not need.
BG check/Final - Your application is in progress.

That means BG has not even started yet. is that right?

That means BG has not even started yet. is that right?

May or may not right. Online status don't mean anything as they are not updated on consistent basis. If you know your application number / UCI you should try calling IRCC number.
