After he give me the small paper, he just told me to come back after 10days. Too bad i was'nt that attentive today.

Hello @perfectSkilledMigrant and members of Kuwait EE application thread..
My job is based in home country, India and It required me to travel in and out of Kuwait in last ten years. I was also resident for some time for a long project (held ikama), returned to home country and then I visited back and forth on business visa couple of years later.
Since my single stay in Kuwait was never more than six months in row, I was not requested to submit Kuwait PCC while submitting my application. (AOR-17May18). My collective stay being almost 3+ years, I suspect it may be asked in future. I am no longer in Kuwait.
Hence I wanted ask if Kuwait PCC can be obtained from outside of Kuwait (in India) by any means?

Sorry, if am breaking the topic but I was wondering anyone has a solution.

I am a prospective EE applicant. I am in a dilemma here, the last company I worked for closed down last year. There is no way I can get the reference letter. I have a total of 5 years experience, all of which has been in the same company. I left Kuwait last year to pursue my higher studies and considering applying for Canada.

I am not the documents have are enough, for an applicant in my conditions. The documents I have are the following.
Job Contract when I joined (in letter head),
An employee reference letter which was issued to me by one of my old managers when I filed for Canadian PR in 2014 (The application wasn't successful since application limit got capped)
Salary slips till about 2015 (company went into deep financial crisis after 2015 and the salaries weren't on time, delayed, irregular salaries),
Salary certificate issued to me in company letter head in February 2017 (I left the company in June that year)

Please. Does anyone have any idea as to what is the best alternative if I don't have a reference letter? What other documents I may have to arrange? Just planning ahead as I am finishing my studies.

1. if you can try and get a reference letter from your ex-colleagues in a plain sheet of paper and have it notarized
(or)
2. you can list down your duties and responsibilities ( self-declaration) and explain in your letter (LOE) why you couldn't get it from your company. add all the documents you had listed above .

Yes, one of my ex-colleagues (Senior guy who I reported to) is willing do it.

I think you are better off going to the traffic department of Jabriya and asking. Be ready to hear some "what are you talking about?" and "there is no such document" at first until you reach the right person who can help you. Make sure you mention the purpose of this letter and eventually you will get it. My friend got one a couple of years ago.

I made my express entry profile in September. At present my CRS score is 447 and i am applying from Kuwait. I have a question regarding Proof of funds.

I do not have the necessary proof of funds in my bank account. My father has agreed to lend me the required minimum amount as a gift deed.

Can any of you explain the process you went through for applying and submitting a gift deed as POF from Kuwait for Canada PR?

It is simple. They want to know the source of the money and that you won't give it back when you are done so you can use it for settling in Canada. So anything that would prove that and make it as legit as possible should be fine.
